2. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Horizontestrutural, Lda., hereinafter referred to as "Daily Shot Solutions", "we" or "company", through the website dailyshotsolutions.com and any other distance contracting channel.
By using this website or contracting our services, the client declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3. Description of Services
Daily Shot Solutions provides services in the following areas:
- Website Development: Design and development of corporate websites, landing pages, online stores, portals and web platforms, including SEO optimization, responsive design and third-party integrations.
- Intelligent Automation: Implementation of content automation systems, automatic publishing, business workflows, platform integrations and automatic monitoring.
- Software Solutions: Development and implementation of CRM, ERP, billing systems, stock management, e-learning platforms, business intelligence dashboards and integrations with existing systems.
The specific characteristics, scope and conditions of each project are defined in the individualized commercial proposal sent to the client before contracting.
4. Contracting Process
Service contracting follows this process:
- The client contacts Daily Shot Solutions through the website form, email or phone;
- After analysing the needs, a detailed commercial proposal is prepared and sent, including the scope of services, estimated deadlines, payment conditions and total value;
- The contract is considered concluded when the client formally accepts the commercial proposal in writing (email or other durable medium);
- Before concluding the contract, all pre-contractual information required by Article 4 of DL 24/2014 of 14 February is provided to the client.
5. Prices and Payment Conditions
Service prices are communicated to the client in the individualized commercial proposal and include VAT at the applicable legal rate, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The applicable payment conditions are as follows, unless otherwise agreed in the proposal:
- 50% of the total value upon project award/start;
- 50% upon final delivery or production deployment.
Payments may be made via the following methods, as made available at the time of contracting:
- Bank transfer;
- Multibanco, MB WAY and Payshop;
- Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard);
- Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Electronic payments are processed by If Then Pay — Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda. (Tax ID 516090371), in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Daily Shot Solutions does not retain or store card data or payment credentials.
Bank transfer details are communicated in the commercial proposal or the issued invoice.
6. Delivery Timelines and Conditions
Service delivery timelines depend on the nature and complexity of each project and are defined in the commercial proposal accepted by the client. As an indicative guide:
- Websites (landing page or simple site): 2 to 4 weeks;
- Complex websites (platforms, e-commerce): 4 to 12 weeks;
- Automation solutions: 1 to 6 weeks;
- Custom software solutions (CRM, ERP, etc.): 4 to 16 weeks.
All deliveries are made through digital/electronic means, including server deployment, file delivery by email or sharing platforms, and/or access to staging or production environments.
Our services are provided to clients in Portugal (mainland and autonomous regions) and internationally, without geographic restrictions, always through digital/remote means.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Free Resolution)
Under Article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without the need to indicate any reason, within 14 days from the date of the service contract conclusion.
To exercise this right, the consumer must communicate their decision unambiguously to Daily Shot Solutions via:
- Email to hello@dailyshotsolutions.com;
- Registered letter to Av. da Boavista 1588, 6th Floor, 4100-115 Porto;
- Use of the standard withdrawal form as set out in Part B of the Annex to DL 24/2014 (available upon request).
If the consumer has expressly requested that service provision begins during the withdrawal period, and subsequently exercises the right of withdrawal, a proportional amount for the services already rendered may be charged.
8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 17 of DL 24/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply, notably, in the following cases:
- Service contracts after the service has been fully performed, when performance began with the consumer's prior express agreement and acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal rights;
- Supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, when performance began with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal rights.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the dailyshotsolutions.com website — including text, graphics, logos, images, icons and software — is the property of Horizontestrutural, Lda. or their respective owners and is protected by Portuguese and European intellectual property law.
10. Warranties and Support
Daily Shot Solutions ensures that services conform to the scope defined in the accepted commercial proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, projects include a 30-day technical support period after final delivery for bug fixes and minor adjustments.
11. Limitation of Liability
Daily Shot Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the websites or services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Data Protection
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable national legislation. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

15. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of Porto have jurisdiction for any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms, without prejudice to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
